Receptionist
Job duties: Assists with answering the phones promptly, setting up patient appointments, scan document into Electronic Health Records system, pulling purged accounts when needed. Sends any requested medical records and any other duties as needed.
Education: High School diploma or GED. Must be have basic knowledge of office machinery and equipment. Must have knowledge of Insurance and Registration, medical office experience preferred.
Full Time position Monday - Thursday 8a to 5p and Friday 8a to 2p. Job is primarily located at Bacon County Community Care Center here in Alma.
